Are you ready to explore the hidden flavours of the City ?
Osaka
Twenty years ago, Osaka arrived in Argentina, specifically in Puerto Madero neighbourhood, offering a gastronomic experience that has won over both locals and tourists.

Entering Osaka is immersing yourself in an atmosphere designed for indulgence. The décor harmoniously blends casual and elegant elements, dim lighting, good music and a cosmopolitan bar.
The menu is a tribute to nikkei gastronomy, where the quality of the ingredients and innovative flavour combinations are protagonists. Sushi lovers will be delighted by the Nikkei Bar’s variety of tiraditos, usuzukuris, makimonos, nigiris and rolls, that break away from the classics with bold and unexpected combinations.

Among the must-tries, are the ceviches and tiraditos prepared with the catch of the day, dishes that vary with the seasons, ensuring the finest flavours. Desserts are also delicious. The Suspiro Nikkei and the Misso Toffee Crumble are standout choices.

Gran Dabbang
If you are looking for authentic and out-of-the-ordinary culinary experiences, you must visit Gran Dabbang, a hidden gem in Palermo neighbourhood that has conquered both food lovers and international rankings.

Located on Scalabrini Ortiz Avenue, this small giant with just 14 tables is a must for flavour adventurers. Its simple facade, bare walls and Bollywood pictures set the tone. But Gran Dabbang ’s true magic is in the kitchen. Here, there are no fine diningluxuries, just culinary honesty in every bite, a rusticity that, as chef Mariano Ramón says, is a source of pride.

The secret: every oriental recipe and technique is fused with a distinctly Argentine touch. The goal is to showcase the amazing diversity of top-quality local products and make them accessible to everyone, in a relaxed and inclusive ambience. That is why, despite its world recognition (in 2022, it ranked in the top 50 restaurants in Latin America), the dishes are surprisingly affordable.
Although the menu is an invitation to try it all, there is an undisputed star: parathas. This Indian flat bread has become their signature dish. It is served with a duck curry, ají panka and cane honey, a flavour combination that surprises with its balance of spice and sweetness.
Dishes are generous, perfect for sharing several options and trying a little bit of everything. Just be ready to wait in line. As they do not take reservations, it is usual to see eager diners waiting before the restaurant opens, Monday to Saturday at 19 pm.

At Aurelia, every dish tells a story, a tribute to Mexico’s rich gastronomy. Highlights include the empanadas de minilla, taco de chicharrón and charcoal-grilled prawns (a must for seafood lovers).
